It the beginning, our main activity was production of in vitro diagnostic devices for immunohaematological testing, but during the years other production and sales activities were developed. BioGnost has now three main activities.

The production of immunohaematological diagnostic programme is enhanced with dealership and distributive activities and transformed into the programme of production and distribution of diagnostic devices and distribution programme of supplies and equipment for transfusion medicine. Our own manufacturing activities of immunohaematological diagnostic devices, as well the distribution of Dominion Biologicals, Immucor, Sanquin diagnostic devices are very well developed. We are also distributor of JMS, Haemoscope, Fujirebio, Mak-System, Mobile Designs, Barkey, LMB and Centron, companies which manufacture equipment and consumable materials for transfusion facilities.

Second important programme is manufacturing of immunochromatographic tests for laboratory and home use. Beside tests for detection of pregnancy and ovulation tests, BioGnost manufactures tests for detection of drugs of abuse, infective diseases, tumor markers, blood sugar and biochemical parameters in urine.

From the year 2006 BioGnost starts to distribute products in microbiology programme from companies CHROMagar, HiMedia Laboratories, HemoStat Laboratories, Rovers medical devices and Microgen Bioproducts.

Our latest activity is in the field of histopathology. Together with selling our own VitroGnost brand microscope slides, we start to market and sell products from companies AbD Serotec and Biocare Medical.

BioGnost manufactures and sales more than 170 different products under own brand names, such as: ABUGNOST, BIOGNOST, BIOPROTECTA, CHLAMYGNOST, COPROHEMOGNOST, DOA MULTIGNOST, GLUKOGNOST, GRAVIGNOST, HEMOGNOST, HEPAGNOST, MONOGNOST, ONKOGNOST, OVUGNOST, STREPTOGNOST, SYPHIGNOST, ULCOGNOST, URIGNOST, VITROGNOST.

At the same time BioGnost distributes at least three more times of different products from foreign partners directly in Croatia or through wholesalers and exports in Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
