SHORT COMPANY HISTORY

BioGnost d.o.o. was founded in 1990 by Ivan Marchiotti MD, immunologist and transfusiologist and Mirjana Marchiotti-Ulip, graduated pharmacist.

Business activities started in 1997 when company received manufacturing license by Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. The main activities are production and distribution of medical devices, based on our knowledge, competence and experience in the production of biomedical and pharmaceutical products.

Company's capital stock is 171.648,00 euros. BioGnost, with its products, is present on the territory of Croatia and other countries of former Yugoslavia.

In 2006 BioGnost achieved 1,9 million euro in sales, 40% of it was export.

Our products come on the market under our own brand names. Nine years from its beginning, BioGnost is company with 14 employees (10 university graduates and 4 technicians).

At the moment BioGnost is the leading manufacturer of immunohaematological and immunochromatographic in vitro diagnostic products on the territory of former Yugoslavia.
